REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase,
we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged
and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag still attached.
Special orders, sale items and gift card purchases are not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Should you wish to Refund/exchange your item, please ensure :
The item/s are returned within 7 days of purchase*
Items returned must be in their original sale condition.
(unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
We are unable to offer an exchange without valid proof of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via a tracked service.
Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced.
Please retain your proof of postage for your records,
until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
For any purchased item/s through one of our stockists, you will need to go directly through them
when exchanging or returning items.
Get Gemma Jewelry does not accept any responsibility for any items lost,
stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.
PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE :
You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received & processed.
We do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS:
Please email immediately at mail@getgemmajewelry.com with photos of the item along with your order number
or valid proof of purchase so we can arrange a replacement.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged.
All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Get Gemma Jewelry,
and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage
will not be accepted as faulty. Items are classified as faulty if there is a handcrafting fault.
Please note that jewelry may have a slight difference in the measurement
and this difference cannot be considered a defect or fault.
If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery
and contact customer services immediately.
All faulty returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your parcel
and you will be notified via email once we have delivered your parcel
and we can only replace it with the same product, subject to availability.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING RETURN:
To return your product, you should mail your product to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
